Rebecca and her sweet family joined me twice in one weekend for separate sessions this Fall. We met for her first session on Saturday morning to document the maternity portion of her Motherhood Membership package and had the most gorgeous morning light! She wanted to include her daughter in her maternity session, so we played in the leaves and got some sweet giggles at one of my favorite locations in Newton, Alabama.

The next afternoon they joined me as a family for my Fall mini sessions at Eastgate Park in Dothan, Alabama. I just love this location for any season, but the trees that line the pond are especially beautiful in the Fall! Jesse pretended to be an airplane, played with some toys on the picnic blanket, and even got a piggy-back ride from Dad!

One thing I love to show my clients is how different each location photographs, especially in various seasons. While the park in Newton is beautiful and green during the Spring and Summer, it gives warmer, pink tones in the Fall with a brief period where the pear trees turn red and yellow. Eastgate Park, however, stays much more vibrant well into the winter with deep green grass and foliage. These two sessions were taken of the same family in the same weekend, but look so different! Styling also plays a part in this and Mama did a GREAT job putting together these gorgeous outfits for them!

I am so excited for this sweet family to welcome baby brother in 2024 and cannot wait to meet him for his studio newborn session!
